How can I fade out the handle cross?
The handle cross will never be printed or otherwise put out. It's a pure operating aid. You can only influence the size of the handle crosses: In the "Settings" menu under "Settings / Options..." you will find the input fields "Handles in the schematic" and "Handles in the PCB". If you enter a zero, the cross handles will disappear. But also their functionality...
