How can I mirror or rotate a component symbol?
When you import a component from the data base to the schematic and haven't yet placed it, you can click the right mouse button (=M2) in order to rotate the symbol while it still is fixed to the cursor. You also might use keyboard key [t] for turn or [m] for mirror.
If a symbol is placed to the schamatic, you can select it and then use keys [t] und [m] for turning and mirroring. Remember: The center of rotation or the axis of the mirroring always is cursor position! If the cusor is far from the center of the object you might displace it out of screen. You might think to have deleted it. So better use [t] and [m] while the cursor is located at the center of the part.
With [Shift] + [T] one can set the future rotation angle in degree, with [Shift] + [M] one can mirror using the horizontal axis instead of the vertical axis. Menu "Edit" contains several topics for rotaiton and mirroring.
