How can I enlarge the radius of a junction node in the schematic?
The radius of junctions in the schematic is preset to 0.6 mm (up to V19.3.0.73 to 0.5 mm):

If you want to change existing junctions please highlight the complete schematic by [Ctrl]+[a] and press keyboard key [e] for edition. Now tick "Junctions" in the opening dialiog to the left and press OK or use the [Return] key. Change the radius in the flashing dialog.
If you want to preset the coming junctions within this project, please press the full stop key [.] in the schematic view in order to place a junction. Now press keyboard key [o] for options and set the radius. This new radius now will be taken every time a junction is set (either manually or automatically by TARGET).
The current setting for junction radius can be found in the project settings as well:

If you want to preset the junction diameter for all coming projects please prepare an empty project that way and save it as a default. For doing so please use item "Save project as template..." in menu "File".
