What is the minimum spacing of tracks at 220V and where to enter this?
There is a tool to calculate minimum width and spacing of tracks in menu "Help":

The suggested values are somewhat rough just for orientation:

If you have special requirements in your application, you must observe them. There is the standard DIN EN 61010-1, which you can consult if necessary.

In the circuit diagram, click on a green signal and assign the minimum distance to it:

This minimum distance is then also recognized during the design rule check (DRC).
