How can I delete an airwire?
When routing tracks in a "PCB without schematic" a signal name is assigned to each soldering pad. When deleting the track, it is removed, but the solder points involved retain their signal names. TARGET indicates coherence through a green airwire.

So if a solder pad should no longer belong to this signal, you have to double-click it M11 and delete the entry at the bottom of "Signal".

If for M11the Change package dialog opens instead of the Change pad dialog, please look here: Select single elements of an object.

In a design "PCB with schematic" just delete the correponding connection in the schematic. A purple air wire displayed in the schematic indicates that two nets have the same signal name but no connection by a green signal wire. So they are what we call signal islands. If the connection is welcome, you easily can connect both nets by a green signal track. Using a reference symbol might help as well.

If the connection is not welcome, just click a green signal segment M11 and assign a new signal name to it.
