How can I define the copper thickness of a track
The standard copper thickness of a PCB is 35 µm. If you need a thicker copper at a certain point, maybe 70 µm or 110 µm, please get in touch with your PCB house. Normally a separately agreed copper thickness applies for all copper tracks upon this particular layer. It is possible to give certain tracks some extra copper on top by a galvanic process. The Gerber data which TARGET creates however do not provide such kind of information.
