Why are my tracks interrupted and my vias not connected?
If the deletion layers are faded in (visible), it seems as if the tracks are interrupted just before the soldering pads and vias:

The deletion layer (in this case layer 15, white), which is linked to a copper layer (in this case layer 16, blue) can display the auras around the solder pads and vias. This makes them look as if they would be cut off from a copper which is farther below (in this case layer 2, red). The deletion layers care for the spacings when constructing a ground plane. If you do not use a ground plane, please set the deletion layer(s) invisible. Then the aura won't be displayed. Untick layer 15 for doing so.
