Breakouts are always milled a little too small. What can I do?
FR4 is a fibrous material, which means that a milling cutter (and also a drill bit) always leaves fibres. Breakouts (and drill holes) will therefore always be minimally smaller and the outer contour minimally larger.

So if your 2 mm cutter effectively only mills like a 1.9 mm cutter, then enter exactly 1.9 mm as the cutter diameter. TARGET calculates the milling paths for this value and your cutter then actually mills away 0.05 mm more all around.
