How can I change the drill holes of all vias to 25 mil?
Use the "Selection assistant" in menu "Edit" to select all vias:
(Fig. 1: All vias selected)
After clicking [OK] and [Close] directly type the key [e] for edit and set the desired diameter in the opening dialog for vias.
