Theme: General use / display / view
The graphics and texts are somehow blurred.
On monitors with very high resolution, Windows can scale the display of TARGET in the background and thus display it somewhat blurred. Please test this ticking the box:
(Figure 1: Disable scaling at high DPI value)
To do this, locate the executable file TarVxx.exe in
C:\Programs(x86)\ibf\TarVxx\edition
and right-click on it. Open the "Compatibility" tab and tick the box.
