How do I get a semicircular breakout at the edge of the board?
The PCB outline is a closed polyline that also may contain curves (tori and splines). Normally on layer 23 = PCB outline. You must use the "Trim lines" function for the breakout:

The function "Trim lines" can be found in the "Actions" menu. Thereby two intersection points are found. The circle divides into two halves and the upper edge into 3 parts:

Now select and delete the two superfluous elements and the line ends and the arc ends will meet exactly:

The 3D view of the board also only works correctly if the polyline fits together perfectly.
