Text "Commercial use is criminal"
You are using a TARGET license that may not be used commercially (NC = non commercial). In the Gerber output such a warning is shown outside the board. The output of the board outline is not affected and the PCB manufacturers ignore texts outside the board. For private purposes you can have such a board produced without any problems.
If you don't want the text, you can upgrade to a license that allows commercial use. However, a project created with an NC license always remains an NC file. Otherwise, saving an NC file once would make it a normal one. We can remove the NC mark from some project files sent to us free of charge, if you purchase an edition that is approved for commercial use.
