Can I draw a heat sink like a component and how?
Normally, a heat sink has no equivalent in the circuit diagram. Sometimes a dashed box or a dotted circle around a component is drawn to indicate that it needs to be cooled.
In the layout you can draw a heat sink to the layer "21, Position top" and export this drawing together with the package to the component database. In this drawing you can put as much or as little effort as you like. Of course you can also assign a 3D model to this "package", e. g. also from a nice STEP file. Then all options would be drawn:
