How can I swap gate inputs of packages (for easier routing)
In layout menu "Actions" there is an extra item in this respect:

Equivalent inputs of gates in packages can only be swapped if each corresponding connection pin in the schematic has a swap number which is positive (bigger than zero) and - at the swapable pins - has the same value. With a CD4068 eg all pins can have swapnumber 1. With a CD4012 some are swap number 1, others are swap number 2

The swap number will be entered to the dialog "Change Pins" Image: Giving a certain pin (schematic) a certain swap number
It is possible to check or set the swap number afterwards by double clicking the the connection pin. If now the Symbol-dialog instead of the Pin-dialog appears, please de-activate "Select entire component" by the context menu.
Sure it makes sense if this setting of a swap number already is set to the symbol when saving it to the data base. Lots of TARGET 3001! components with swapable connections are built this way.
