If the lines and arcs belong to components, first switch off "Always select entire component".

You may fade in only the desired layer and at the same time fade out all other layers. To do this quickly, click on the [none] button at the bottom right of the sidebar (section: Layers) to fade out all layers. Then tick only the box of the desired layer to fade this one in. Catch everything on this layer that you want to change and press the [e] key for edition. Then follow the options of the opening dialog.

The second option is to use the Selection assistant in menu "Edit":

The dialogue does not close after clicking the [Start] button, so you can also select the tori (arcs / circles). However, when doing so, click on the box "additional to the already selected" at the bottom left.

After everything is selected, close the dialogue and directly press the [e] key in the layout to edit all element types subsequently. Please do not click with the mouse into the layout beforehand, because this would deselect all and you would hve to start again.
