Theme: Changing of several different elements
How can I lock several packages against movement at the same time?
Select several packages and type [e] for edit. Now you click only the packages left below in the big dialog and click [OK]. The "Change package" dialog appears. Regard that the checkbox "Package locked against movements" is triple-state: Yes - No - Ignore! It has to be yes, which means it has to be checked:

Then click [OK] to change all selected packages together.
